Pratham engineering is situated on a 18,000 Sq. Ft. of Plot in the prime Industrial Estate of POR near Vadodara utilizing a built-up area of 15,000 Sq. Ft. It has sufficient allocated areas for production, quality inspection, post production processes, raw material storage & handling, finished product storage and dispatch as well as administrative offices. The Company has a team of well qualified, well trained & well experienced work men serving and operating various machines. It also has sufficient & well qualified staff for Supervision and Quality Control. Powerful computers and the latest software is being used for designing, programming and monitoring the production process at all stages. DOOSAN make (KOREA) HMC Machine.

Doosan Machine Tools is a leading manufacturer of cnc machine tools used to produce high precision parts. Our machine is Doosan HM 1250W which is a twin pallet horizontal machining centre designed for processing large work pieces. A wide variety of machining applications can be carried out with the 1250 meter pallet size and W axis capability. A wide variety of large work pieces can be handled due to the machine’s large capacity which is 5 ton. With the application of W axis we can do long bores in this machine with very high feed rates precisely. This heavy duty machine is provided with 1250*1250 table which is suitable for large work pieces.HM1250W has positioning accuracy of 0.005 micron/full travel. Machine has Fanuc 31i controller which is latest at this time with all features and it has heidenhain linear scales for high accuracy. The travel for the machine is X- 2100 mm Y- 1400 mm Z- 1400 mm

One of the machine is CNC Boring with Siemens controller and another is fitted with Electronica Make DRO and both the machines with below mentioned specifications X- 1400mm Y- 1100 mm Z- 1400 mm W - 650mm

WMW Union German Make Horizontal Boring Machine

The machine is CNC Boring with Siemens controller.and with below mentioned specifications. X- 1600mm Y- 1100 mm Z- 1400 mm W - 600mm

WHN-9 Horizontal Boring Machine

The machine is CNC Boring with Siemens controller and specifications are as under. X- 2000mm Y- 1500 mm Z- 1200 mm W - 600mm

MAKINO (Japan make) VMC Machine

The machine is fitted with fanuc make controller with travel of X:1050mm Y:650mm and Z:600mm. The job work enjoys good repeatability and higher accuracy. Machine is with ATC.

Four Star Make Double Column VMC fitted with FANUC

Our Four Star machine is installed with fanuc controller with ATC of 24 Tools. It carries table load of 12 Ton with travel of X- 2200mm Y- 1800mm and Z-1100mm.
